Multifunctional Event and studio space

We are based in North West London, and offer our lifestyle studio out for half day, and full day hire.

We are open for hire for shoots, events and more…

That being said, if you are a young creative who can’t afford to hire, and back our ethos, please get in contact and we will see what we can do! We believe in open, free-to-use spaces, but need to rent them out to companies and larger projects so we can afford to operate.

RATES:

Half Day (4.5 hours) - £350

Full Day (9 Hours) - £650

Overtime - £100

Test shoot - £150 for 2 hours

Concessions

50% off for students and non-profit organizations, or based in Park Royal.

POLICY

CANCELLATIONS MADE UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED BOOKED SESSION CAN RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS CAN RECEIVE A 50% REFUND.
CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD PRIOR TO THEIR BOOKING WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND.
ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS BEFORE THE ALLOTTED BOOKING TIME, OR AFTER, WILL BE ENTITLED TO PAY OVERTIME.
